Jim Stefanile, ABR, GRI, SRES, QSC, gCertified has been a resident of Essex County, NJ since 1979. He has been active in community and municipal affairs as the volunteer leader of the parent child programs at the Montclair YMCA and as a member of the Montclair Cable TV Advisory Committee which negotiates cable franchise agreements on behalf of the Township. Jim has also been an active parent within the Montclair public schools from which his daughter graduated.
A successful television producer for 25 years, Jim now focuses all his energies in the suburban Essex County real estate arena and has become a top producer at Prudential Zinn Associates and, when Zinn Associates was acquired by Prudential New Jersey Properties, Jim was named Agent of the Year for the Montclair office in past years.

Now that Prudential NJ Properties has re branded as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services New Jersey Properties, Jim serves his clients from his brand new, state of the art offices in Montclair.

Jim has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S.) designation and the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. Jim has also earned the designation of a Certified Fine Homes Specialist, indicating his expertise in the buying or selling of homes in the top 10 per cent of value in the area.  Jim has also been named a winner of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS Circle of Excellence Award for outstanding sales performance as well as the prestigious President’s Circle Award for sales achievement, the Leading Edge Society Award, the Honor Society and the Chairman’s Circle Award,  ranking him among the top 3% of his company’s Realtors nationwide. In order to be pro-active in servicing his clients, Jim has completed the requirements to earn Quality Service Certified® professional recognition. Holding the Quality Service Certification® ( QSC), requires a sales agent to follow a well-defined and prescribed process of service, to present that process in writing to every customer and client, and to guarantee its delivery. Federal government employees can rely on Jim for relocation assistance with his gCertified designation signifying his knowledge of government policies on employee relocation.  Jim’s combination of marketing knowledge and aggressive advocacy has positioned him among the leading area  REALTORS® with service as his top concern.
